NCT's Taeyong has finished his duty of national defense and was discharged today (14th). On this day, in the falling snow, Taeyong appeared at the discharge site in a dignified military uniform and said, 'Thank you very much for coming so far in this cold place. I enlisted in spring, but it feels very strange to be discharged on a snowy winter day.' He continued, 'I have been waiting for this moment. I am very grateful.' He conveyed to fans, 'I am preparing to meet you soon, so please look forward to it. I am truly sorry for making you wait so long. I sincerely thank you.' Following this, through NCT's official SNS, he reported 'I have returned' along with commemorative shots from the discharge site. Fans around the world expressed their joy with messages like 'Welcome back!', 'We have been waiting for you!', and 'I missed you!' He enlisted in the navy on April 15 last year, being the first from the group to start military service. Taeyong debuted in 2016 and has been active in various groups such as NCT U, NCT 127, and SuperM, as well as gaining popularity as a solo artist. There is high interest in what activities he will undertake after discharge. NCT's Jaehyun enlisted as the second member last November and is currently serving. Additionally, Doyoung and Jungwoo enlisted together on December 8.
