Billboard announced the "Top 10" most beloved songs globally (excluding the U.S.) based on performance from April 8 last year to March 8 this year. The "Global (excluding the U.S.)" chart aggregates streaming and digital sales from over 200 countries and regions to rank songs. Particularly in this ranking, global hit songs like Miley Cyrus's "FLOWERS" and Taylor Swift's "Cruel Summer" ranked below "Seven," proving its popularity. Released in July last year, "Seven" topped Billboard's main song chart "HOT100" (dated July 29, 2023) and achieved 1 billion streams on Spotify in the shortest time in history.
