Recently, collaborations between Japan and Korea through the music industry, appearances of Japanese artists on Korean programs, and the holding of concerts in Korea have increased. In the 2010s, many Japanese singers such as Tomohisa Yamashita, KAT-TUN, SPYAIR, and SEKAI NO OWARI appeared on the Korean music program 'M COUNTDOWN', and recently, idols who gained massive popularity thanks to Korean music programs have emerged.
