Suho of EXO, Hong Yeji from "PRODUCE48", Kim Mingyu from "PRODUCE X 101", Myung Sebin, and Kim Juhong will team up for the "Prince Possum (abduction in a bag) Incident." The first teaser for MBN's new weekend drama "The Prince Has Disappeared" (written by Kim Jis, Park Cheol, directed by Kim Jinman) was released on January 31st. "The Prince Has Disappeared" is a romantic historical drama that depicts the tumultuous story of a man and a woman, starting from the prince (Seja: the king's successor) being possumed by a woman who becomes the prince's concubine. The spin-off work by screenwriters Kim Jis & Park Cheol, who showed three-dimensional characters and interesting developments through "Possum - The Man Who Stole Love and Destiny," is attracting attention. In addition, director Kim Jinman, who moved viewers with "Kill Me, Heal Me" and "Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People," has joined, adding to the anticipation. In relation to this, the first teaser video for "The Prince Has Disappeared," which informs the escape story, was released. In the one-minute teaser, the main characters Suho, Hong Yeji, Kim Mingyu, Myung Sebin, and Kim Juhong appeal with a strong presence. First, amid lively music and the line "I wonder what the prince is like. What kind of face does he have? What if he's too handsome," the prince Lee Gon (Suho) appears, boasting his beauty. Then, Lee Gon kneels in front of his father Hejeong (Chung Jin-o) and his subjects, and his character is stimulated by the curiosity of the characters. Next, the meeting of Lee Gon and Che Myung-yun is depicted. When Che Myung-yun asks Lee Gon sitting in the mountains, "Are you hurt anywhere else?" Lee Gon grabs his left chest and responds, "Heart?" But Che Myung-yun quickly asks, "Do you want to die?" and confuses Lee Gon with a romantic atmosphere. Then, when Lee Gon says, "Carry me," Che Myung-yun pushes Lee Gon's buttocks and falls together, and then scolds him, raising the tension. However, the atmosphere changes suddenly with the voice saying, "The prince's residence in the Eastern Palace has disappeared without a trace," revealing that a crisis has occurred. Queen Dowager Min Se-ryeong (Myung Sebin) shows a worried expression, and court physician Che Sang-rok (Kim Juhong) raises the tension with a complicated expression. Then, Lee Gon and Che Myung-yun, dressed in traditional wedding clothes, appear, increasing anxiety. After that, the calm voice of Min Se-ryeong saying, "The prince is a sinner who has seen what he should not see and knows what he should not know," arouses curiosity. In the end, the attention is focused on the whereabouts of Lee Gon, who disappeared from the Eastern Palace, with the poignant words, "I will definitely come back, so please wait for me." STUDIO ZIDAM, the production company, said, "The first teaser includes scenes that herald the beginning of the prince's disappearance incident, along with the strong presence of the five main characters of 'The Prince Has Disappeared,'" and expressed their hope for a lot of interest in "The Prince Has Disappeared." "The Prince Has Disappeared" will start airing in Korea on March 9th.
