Daisuke Sakuma (Snow Man) takes his first solo starring role in a film, and a luxurious and unusual lineup of co-stars, including Kippei Shiina, Yuta (NCT), Sho Aoyagi, and Hitoshi Ozawa, all gather together! As a completely original work based on the original story, screenplay, and direction by Eiji Uchida of "Midnight Swan," the Blu-ray & DVD of the film "Specials," which develops an unprecedented <astonishing dance-action entertainment> called "What if assassins dance!?" will be released from Wednesday, November 25. This work unfolds a suspenseful story in which <lonely professional assassins> of different ages and personalities form a team and aim to participate in a dance competition in order to assassinate the eccentric boss of the top of the underworld, the Honjo-kai, who is sure to appear at the competition. In the film, songs that colored the Showa and Heisei eras, such as "Sentimental Journey" (Iyo Matsumoto), "Friday Chinatown" (Yasuha), and "EZ DO DANCE" (TRF), as well as new songs written for this work, appear. This work, which caused a huge stir with the total number of views of dance videos on the official movie TikTok exceeding 80 million, pushed aside many major films and, with the momentum of starting as <No. 1 in Japanese live-action box office revenue in the opening week>, drew various audiences to the theater, from student couples to married couples, groups of friends, and families, regardless of age or gender, and generated a succession of praise such as "I laughed my heart out, my chest grew hot, and I cried at the end." The cast, whose dance experience was also all different, danced with one heart, and voices of empathy flew about, making it a long-running hit! It was released theatrically in South Korea and Taiwan, and was invited to the Helsinki Cine Aasia Film Festival in Finland, the Asian Pop-Up Cinema Film Festival in Chicago, USA as the closing film, and Fantasporto 2026, the Porto International Film Festival in Portugal, where it won the Audience Award, causing fans all over the world to go into a frenzy, not only overseas but worldwide, and a true "Specials fever" broke out. At the time of the theatrical release, the legendary event "Aniki to Miyou Ze! Live Commentary Support Screening" (appearing: Sho Aoyagi, Hitoshi Ozawa, Park Mancer), which became such a big topic that access concentrated due to the ticket scramble and the server went down, is now included for the first time on the bonus disc of this product as a long version (about 25 minutes) with previously unreleased scenes added to the popular video currently available on the official YouTube. Of course, you can thoroughly enjoy at home the platinum event full of love for the work and the characters, including the hot team feeling of the five "Specials" members who boast overwhelming popularity in the film, as well as Hitoshi Ozawa's unexpected gap and charm, which caused a huge reaction among fans as the "princess position" (heroine-like position). Also included is a visual commentary of about 110 minutes in which the starring Daisuke Sakuma, co-star Yuta, and director Eiji Uchida reunite and talk all about behind-the-scenes stories from filming, carefully considered direction, and secrets that can only be revealed now while watching the film itself. It is a must-listen content for fans, who can thoroughly savor the passionate feelings and friendly real reactions unique to the cast and director together with the work. A total of 130 minutes of making-of and event footage that fans must see is generously included. Through the "Dance Documentary Footage" (about 35 minutes), which approaches the behind-the-scenes of a full-scale performance, and the "Making-of Footage" (about 30 minutes), which follows the behind-the-scenes of production, the passion and trajectory of the cast are unraveled from multiple angles. Furthermore, in addition to the "Opening Day Stage Greeting" (about 35 minutes), which brought together a luxurious lineup including Daisuke Sakuma, Kippei Shiina, Yuta, Sho Aoyagi, Hitoshi Ozawa, and director Eiji Uchida, the "Thank-You for the Release Stage Greeting" (about 30 minutes) is also fully covered. It is a valuable collection of event footage in which thoughts about the work and behind-the-scenes stories from filming are spoken about at length. ■Release Information "Specials" Blu-ray & DVD [Release Date] Wednesday, November 25, 2026 [Contents] <Disc 1: Main Feature *Common> <Disc 2: Bonus Video> ・Visual Commentary Cast: Daisuke Sakuma (Snow Man), Yuta Nakamoto (NCT), Director Eiji Uchida ・"Let's Watch It with Aniki!"
