The youth romance movie "Chosetsu," starring actors in their 20s, has finished preparations to bring excitement this late autumn. A production report meeting for the movie "Chosetsu" (Director: Cho Sung Ho) was held on the 18th at the MEGABOX Seongsu store in Seoul's Seongdong District, attended by Director Cho Sung Ho, Hong Kyung, No Yoon Seo, and Kim Min Ju from IZ*ONE. The movie "Chosetsu," set to be released in Korea on November 6, is a youth love story featuring Yong Jun (Hong Kyung), who pursues love head-on, and Yorum (No Yoon Seo), who confronts her true feelings, along with her sister Ga Ul (Kim Min Ju), who supports their romance. "Chosetsu" is a remake of a Taiwanese romance film of the same name and was officially submitted to the Special Premiere section of the 29th Busan International Film Festival. At that time, all screenings sold out immediately upon ticket sales starting. Hong Kyung plays the straightforward Yong Jun, No Yoon Seo portrays the strong-willed Yorum, and Kim Min Ju takes on the role of Ga Ul, a swimmer chasing her dreams, challenging themselves with characters they have not shown before. MC Park Kyung Rim remarked, "The refreshing Avengers have all gathered in 'Chosetsu,'" to which No Yoon Seo responded, "That's right. I think it's refreshing in every aspect. I admit it," eliciting laughter. No Yoon Seo shared her motivation for participating, saying, "I thought the pure appearance was beautiful. There were many scenes that moved the heart and resonated. I wanted to be in a refreshing and thrilling movie. I thought about how I could express this script as my current self and decided to participate." Hong Kyung, who mentioned, "Everyone has their first love," expressed excitement and happiness at the opportunity to depict first love in the film. He added, "Since No Yoon Seo was cast first, after I learned that, I read the script and saw more, which made me want to participate. I think the partner is important when talking about love. Trust and motivation increased more," showing his trust in No Yoon Seo. Kim Min Ju, who plays a swimmer, revealed that she learned to swim for the role, stating, "I'm not close to water. At first, I was very scared. 'Can I float in the water?' I took time to gain confidence that I wouldn't die even if I drowned, but after that, I practiced hard and improved my skills. Then I gained confidence," raising expectations. Additionally, all three actors learned sign language for three months for their performances. In particular, Hong Kyung said, "I had no fear of performing in sign language. I wanted to do something new, something I didn't know. I approached it without fear but with a sense of responsibility," and added, "The production team gave us enough time, so I learned seriously." He further noted, "What I felt while doing sign language was that you must not take your eyes off the other person to listen and see them well. You have to concentrate all your attention on the other person, so that was very educational." The film is set to be released in Korea on November 6.
