&TEAM has revealed the tracklist and part of the audio for their new single. Today (24th), &TEAM unveiled the tracklist for their 1st single "Samidare" on official SNS. The tracklist includes photos of fallen cherry blossom petals and several postcards, with the names of the 3 songs including the title track "Samidare" and the writers who participated in the music production written on the postcards. According to the tracklist, the new single will include the title track "Samidare," as well as "Scar to Scar" and "Kimi ni Kaeru (Maybe)." Similar to their previous work, this time also world-renowned musicians participated in the music production to support &TEAM's new story. The title track "Samidare" was produced by Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, Soma Genda, Slow Rabbit, and Daniel Kim, who composed K-POP hit songs of various genres. "Scar to Scar" features Swedish composer OLLIPOP and Ryan Lawrie, who collaborated with various K-POP artists including BTS, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and ENHYPEN from HYBE LABELS. Additionally, Soma Genda, J-POP hitmaker YUUKI SANO, Yoshi who has been involved in music production for numerous K-POP and J-POP artists, and Lindgren who worked on BTS' "Boy With Luv" also participated. Along with the tracklist, &TEAM released three track samplers incorporating parts of the new songs. The videos, named A, B, and C, feature images of postcards, railway tracks, cherry blossom petals, etc., against a computer wallpaper background. Starting with the lyrical melody of A, followed by the powerful rock sound of B, and ending with the mix of melancholy and hopeful atmosphere of C, the videos stimulated the curiosity of fans worldwide. "Samidare," to be released on May 8th, is an album signaling the start of a new series. They conclude the "First Howling" series and unfold a new story against the backdrop of the four seasons. "Samidare," meaning "early rainy season coming around May," depicts the first chapter of the seasonal story, "Spring."
