SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan mentioned ASTRO's Moonbin and shed tears. On the 28th, the second performance of SEVENTEEN's encore concert "SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO SEOUL" was held at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Seoul Mapo-gu. Seungkwan, VIVIZ's Umji, SinB, and Lee Suji from THE ARK were close friends known as the "98s (born in 1998)." Seungkwan announced a hiatus in July last year.
