ITZY will respond to malicious comments and sexual harassment. On the 22nd, their agency, JYP Entertainment, revealed, "We have repeatedly notified that we will take a strong stance against all acts that infringe on the rights of our artists, and we are advancing legal measures through fan reports and our own monitoring." They continued, "Defamation and sexual harassment against the artists' bodies, as well as the dissemination of false facts posted on domestic and international online communities, social media, and video channels, are illegal acts and will all be subject to prosecution. Recently, these incidents have been increasing and continuing, so we are strengthening our monitoring and legal responses." They also emphasized, "In the ongoing procedures, we will implement all available legal measures and clearly state that there will be no leniency or settlements during the response process." Finally, they added, "We plan to respond in real-time through continuous monitoring, and we will strictly address all actions, including attempts to delete evidence and evade responsibility, without exception."
