THE BOYZ’s New is leaving One Hundred after the two sides agreed to end his exclusive contract, with New returning the contract payment. The other nine members had already left after winning a provisional injunction, and they have since signed with a new label for group activities while pursuing individual work separately.

One Hundred CEO Cha Ga-won was detained and indicted on fraud charges. He is accused of taking large advance payments for IP-based business deals without fulfilling the contracts, and of failing to honor jeonse agreements after receiving 5.4 billion won in deposits. Total alleged losses are about 30 billion won.

THE BOYZ’s Hyunjae has signed an exclusive contract with MANAGEMENT SEESUN. The agency said it will fully support his new start as actor Lee Jae-hyun. Hyunjae, active since 2017, is now set to expand his career into acting while continuing group activities.
