HYBE has obtained a corporate credit rating for the first time since its establishment, recognized externally for its financial soundness and growth potential. Korean Corporate Evaluation assigned HYBE an A+ (stable) rating, citing 'excellent business stability' and 'very strong financial stability' as grounds. Korean Corporate Evaluation highlighted HYBE's top-tier market position and the high brand influence of its artists as major strengths. The rapid growth and diversification through a multi-label system and the expansion of the indirect participation revenue base via the Weverse platform contributed to the improvement of stability. Financially, it was determined that stability is very high due to excellent operating cash flow and essentially debt-free management. While maintaining growth momentum through diversification of the artist portfolio and revenue expansion, absolute profitability was also highly rated. Additionally, it revealed that HYBE's cash assets amount to approximately 1.6 trillion won (about 170 billion yen), with a net cash scale of about 360 billion won (about 38.26 billion yen), which is sufficient to cover short-term loan repayments. Key financial indicators also support excellent liquidity, with a debt ratio of 61.0% and a borrowing dependency of 22.0%. A HYBE official stated, 'This A+ rating is a result of our financial stability and growth potential being officially recognized from the outside,' and added, 'The credit evaluation was conducted as a preliminary dimension to support our medium- to long-term management strategy. We will continue to do our best for long-term trust-building and sustainable growth.' BTS is scheduled to make a full comeback next spring. - HYBE reveals three members of a new global girl group!
