Actor Yoon Kyung-ho appeared in BOYNEXTDOOR’s fake documentary. BOYNEXTDOOR released the main part of the special report for the repackaged version of their 1st full album, HOME: DELUXE, through the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel at 10 p.m. on September 12. The special report is a fictional documentary that allows a glimpse of the album’s concept. Linked with the title track name ANIMAL, it was presented with an animal theme. In the video, the six members showed skillful acting while insisting that they themselves were animals. Sungho, dressed in a tuxedo, keeps talking nonstop like a penguin that keeps crying without rest. Leehan is sensitive to sound like an owl and likes dark environments. Jaehyun appears with the setting that he works diligently like an ant, but worries about stock investment. Taesan is curious like a llama and tries to put anything into his mouth right away to check it. Leehan moves slowly like a sloth, while Woonhak introduces himself as “a pigeon” and constantly moves his head. The members’ acting skills, in which they imitate animal habits, stand out. Toward the end of the video, everyone danced while surrendering themselves to a lively beat. Yoon Kyung-ho’s cameo appearance also drew attention. Yoon Kyung-ho appeared as an expert in modern human zoology and showed excellent chemistry with BOYNEXTDOOR. His reactions in the interview scene brought laughter. The combination of the fake documentary format, Yoon Kyung-ho’s presence, and the six members’ acting skills doubled the enjoyment. HOME: DELUXE, which will be released at 6 p.m. on the 28th, is a repackaged album that is an “expanded version” of BOYNEXTDOOR’s 1st album HOME, released this June. In addition to the autobiographical story depicted in the previous work, it contains the intention to step into a wider world, using their past experiences as nourishment.
