It has been decided that Nana and Kotoko, Japanese members of UNIS, will appear on J-WAVE (81.3FM) 'STEP ONE' broadcast on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday). UNIS is a global girl group born from the girl group audition program 'UNIVERSE TICKET', which was first conducted by SBS, one of the three major terrestrial broadcasting stations in Korea, and officially debuted in Korea on March 27 (Wednesday). The members include Nana, Kotoko, Elicia, Pan Yuna, Jelly Danka, Im Sowon, Oh Yuna, and Jin Hyunju, totaling eight members. Their debut album 'WE UNIS' recorded over 55,000 copies sold in just five days, achieving the 8th place in the initial sales ranking among K-POP girl groups. Additionally, their first single 'CURIOUS', released in August, topped the iTunes charts in five countries. Furthermore, they have already won four trophies, including the Asia Star Award in the Idol Star category at the '2024 Best Brand Awards in the Republic of Korea - Korean Wave Entertainment Awards', the Popularity Award for Girl Groups at the '2024 K World Dream Awards', and the Newcomer Award for Girl Idols at the '2024 Brand Awards'. They are currently active as a noteworthy rookie group. On September 17 (Tuesday), Nana and Kotoko will appear in the 'MUSIC+1' segment of J-WAVE's 'STEP ONE'.
