They also mentioned that they plan to quickly derive an agreement for full group activities. Previously, in 2023, the three expressed dissatisfaction regarding their exclusive contracts with SM Entertainment through a law firm, indicating their intention to terminate the contract. They claimed that their exclusive contract was unfair and that relevant materials related to settlement were not provided appropriately. Legal conflicts have continued until now. However, the court recently dismissed or rejected several related lawsuits filed by the three. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also judged that there were no violations by SM Entertainment regarding their claims.
