He has shown a strong presence as a major actor, being invited to both the 27th Shanghai International Film Festival and the 30th Busan International Film Festival. His Chinese period drama 'Yun Gui Xi Shi' is also set to be released soon on the Chinese OTT platform iQIYI. Jun made his film debut in 2006 with 'Wild Dogs' and won the Best Newcomer Award at the Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild the following year. He was the first child actor from China to be nominated for the Best New Actor category at the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards. In 2023, he won the Popularity Award at the Busan International Film Festival's Asia Content Awards & Global OTT Awards for the youth romance drama 'Exclusive Fairy Tale.'
