*This article contains content related to the drama’s story.* tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘100 Days of Lies’ received favorable responses from many viewers for its first broadcast. According to Nielsen Korea, a ratings research company, today (the 11th), the first episode of ‘100 Days of Lies,’ which aired in Korea on the 10th, recorded 5.3% nationwide. The highest momentary rating was 7.2%, and the average rating in the metropolitan area recorded 5.4%. As a result, ‘100 Days of Lies’ took first place in the same time slot, including cable and general programming channels, from its first episode. In that day’s broadcast, the actors captivated viewers for 70 minutes with performances so intense that it was impossible to look away. Not only the actors’ passionate acting, but also the synergy between the writer and the director was excellent. As the five main characters—Kim Yoo-jung, GOT7’s Jinyoung, Kim Hyeon-ju, Lee Moo-saeng, and Jin Seon-gyu—became deeply intertwined, the special appearance of Kam Woo-sung, who surprised viewers with his first appearance, also stood out. In particular, toward the end of the broadcast, tension was heightened by a scene in which a mysterious man pointed a gun at Lee Ga-gyeong (Kim Yoo-jung), threatened her, and ordered her to go first to the dressing room where Kim Tae-woon (Jinyoung) was. Lee Ga-gyeong, who was taken hostage in an instant, moved toward the dressing room. Just then, she made eye contact with Kim Tae-woon, and to him, who had not noticed the hostage-taker’s presence, Lee Ga-gyeong asked for help, saying, ‘Help me... Assassination.’
