The Korean movie 'Hear Me: Our Summer,' which beautifully depicts the sparkle of youthful moments, including the thrill of love that everyone has experienced and even the uncertainties of life, will be released in Japan under the title '君の声を聴かせて' (Kimi no Koe wo Kikasete) starting September 26, 2025. The protagonist Yongjun is played by Hong Kyung, a unique young actor who has shown an unparalleled presence in popular dramas and films like 'Weak Hero Class 1,' 'D.P. - Deserter Pursuit Officer -,' and 'Evil.' The other protagonist, Yorum, whom Yongjun falls in love with, is portrayed by No Yoon Seo, who has garnered attention for her outstanding transparency and acting skills in works like 'Ilta Scandal: Love is a Training Course' and 'Our Blues.' This film won the Best New Actor award in the film category at the 61st Baeksang Arts Awards, amidst a competitive field of promising candidates. Yorum's sister, Gaul, is played by Kim Minju, a former member of 'IZ*ONE,' who has made her commercial film debut and is currently one of the most watched young actors in Korea. The three young actors weave a faintly dazzling love story. The film has been described as a 'detox movie that washes the viewer's heart' and 'an incredibly pure and wonderful romance film,' with word-of-mouth gradually spreading after its release. A new clip from the film has been released, featuring a scene on a crowded bus where Yongjun, Yorum, and Gaul are going out together. Yongjun sits separately with Yorum and Gaul, paying attention to both. When Yorum asks Yongjun to check on Gaul, he relays the message like a messenger. After conveying Gaul's response back to Yorum, he then relays another message from Gaul to Yorum. This scene showcases the unique communication through sign language, highlighting the excitement of their outing. The refreshing story brought by these three young actors is definitely worth watching on the big screen! ■ Film Information '君の声を聴かせて' is currently showing nationwide. 【STORY】 Yongjun (Hong Kyung), who graduated from university but cannot find what he wants to do and is reluctant to get a job, ends up helping with deliveries at his parents' bento shop.
