THE BLACK LABEL revealed that she received the award on the 6th (local time) at the '2025 Hitmakers' award ceremony held in Los Angeles. 'Hitmaker' is a ceremony that honors musicians who contributed to the production of the most popular songs over the year. Rosé won the 'Global Hitmaker of the Year' award, and her significant achievements have been recognized by major American media, showcasing an extraordinary accomplishment as a female solo artist in K-POP. She proved the musical status of her mega-hit song 'APT.' and her 1st full album 'rosie,' which captured the hearts of people worldwide. At the award ceremony, holding her trophy, Rosé said, 'I was surprised to receive this award. I am very grateful. This year, unimaginable things happened one after another.
