BOYNEXTDOOR has released a film essay that captures the worldview of their first full album. BOYNEXTDOOR previewed the trailer video 'Finding HOME' for their 1st full album 'HOME' yesterday (the 18th). This video, lasting about 9 minutes, is structured more like a short film than a typical album trailer. The members each play young men with different circumstances, unraveling the meaning of the album title 'HOME'. Sonho appears as a person who is closed off inside a house, distancing himself from the world. Riu plays a patient on the verge of a new departure, while Jehyun takes on the role of a photographer capturing moments. Tesan portrays a carefree delivery person, Ihan relies more on dogs than people, and Unak appears as a college student pondering the meaning of 'home'. The video follows the process of these individuals, who were wandering in different directions, gradually connecting. Sonho and Ihan find a connection through a dog, while Tesan encourages Riu, who is hesitant to step outside. Unak captures Jehyun, who has always photographed others, giving him a moment to be recorded. Through this process, Unak arrives at the thought that 'perhaps our home is a place where time stops for just a little while'. The story of the six members, who can momentarily pause for each other, naturally overlaps with the theme of the 1st full album 'HOME'. The album, set to release on June 8 at 6 PM, reflects on the emotions and memories BOYNEXTDOOR has accumulated so far. The tracks will explore themes of time spent as 'the boys next door', including relationships with members, fans, love, farewells, and the pains of growing up. BOYNEXTDOOR will hold a comeback showcase at 8 PM on the same day at the Korea University Pajong Gymnasium in Seongbuk District, Seoul.
