It later became known that TVXQ’s Yunho had gotten into an argument with fans over a conversation on a fan communication platform. It is now said that he accepted the fans’ criticism and that his response has improved. Recently, Yunho’s past bubble messages were spread mainly across various online communities and SNS. Bubble is a paid fan communication platform where fans and artists exchange private messages. The relevant post included a fan’s message pointing out Yunho’s frequency of communication. In response, Yunho said, “It’s okay if you don’t understand. I come to bubble as much as possible, and I’m sorry that I can’t satisfy you, but I think this is the best I can do,” and added, “Please don’t provoke me unnecessarily.” Seeing this, some fans posted, “If he had come even once a month, fans probably wouldn’t have been this angry. Some people are not good at communication, and everyone has different personalities, but even so, this is also part of an idol’s job, and if he knows it is a paid communication app, he should come even once a month.” The fan in question said, “We were also quite surprised that he exposed a fan’s ID and argued. We want him to do well in his future work, but if it is difficult for him to use a communication app like bubble, then we would rather he not come at all. Then the fans will just cancel their subscriptions as they are.” In response, Yunho said, “Those who deliberately use provocative language do not have to come. I respect the feeling of being disappointed, but expressing it in this way is not respect for each other,” and added, “Those without respect should leave. Please continue to support me in the future.” Regarding this, reactions continued that not coming to a paid communication platform for a long time is an act of deceiving fans. Although there have been complaints among fans about the frequency of communication, there are not many cases like this one in which a fan and an artist directly mention that frequency and clash. However, because it is a paid platform, a heated debate also took place among internet users over how often an artist should communicate appropriately. As the controversy grew, fans also appeared saying that the messages in question were exchanged in July and that communication improved afterward. They revealed that after that, Yunho apologized for the messages he had sent and has been appearing on live streams, Weverse, and bubble so often that it is almost excessive. Fans also said, “He later told us after the concert, ‘At that time, there was the issue of changing the location of the handball arena, and there were many times when we had to decide whether to hold the performance or not because of such issues. I’m sorry.’ After that, he has kept coming. He really has kept coming. He comes a lot.” ・The Blu-ray and DVD release of the film “TOKYO BURST - Crime City -,” starring Koji Mukai, TVXQ’s Yunho, and others, has been decided for December 2. ・The large popup store of the Korean fragrance brand “Le Fairy,” for which TVXQ serves as ambassador, will be held in Omotesando, Tokyo, starting November 17.
