BTS's Jungkook, Stray Kids, and others were selected by the non-profit organization Gold House to be part of the "A100" list of the most influential Asians in 2024, supporting entrepreneurs and artists in the Asia-Pacific region. Gold House, which selects Asians who have influenced American culture and society, announced the list to honor industry pioneers leading a "new golden age." Jungkook and Stray Kids were chosen from Korean artists. Gold House praised Jungkook for his solo songs like "Euphoria" and collaborations with global artists, while Stray Kids were recognized for their chart-topping albums and music videos. Korean actors Lee Jung-jae and Yoo Teo, director Bong Joon-ho, soccer player Son Heung-min, and Japanese figures like Hayao Miyazaki and Kento Yamazaki were also selected. ATEEZ was chosen as a "New Gold" leader for redefining norms in the Asia-Pacific region. Gold House acknowledged ATEEZ's achievements as a million-selling group with a Billboard 200 chart-topping album and Coachella performance. Additionally, Gold House honored individuals like HYBE's Bang Si-hyuk, Padma Lakshmi, Karan Johar, and Lucy Liu. The "Gold Gala" event in Los Angeles on May 11 will celebrate the winners.
