Stray Kids reveals new album 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE' and title track 'Walkin On Water' set for release on December 13.

Stray Kids announced the splendid return of the 'concept match group (delicious shops)'. They will release a new format album 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE' with the title track 'Walkin On Water' on December 13 at 2 PM (midnight Eastern Time). Their agency JYP Entertainment released the first concept photo on the 19th afternoon, which captivates with the members' free and confident poses and charismatic gazes. The members showcase a mix of traditional items like silver masks, changgu (Korean traditional percussion), fans, and gats (a type of traditional Korean hat) with hip-hop symbols like boom boxes and speakers, demonstrating a delicate harmony between tradition and modernity. 'SKZHOP HIPTAPE' combines Stray Kids' abbreviation 'SKZ' with hip-hop (HIP-HOP), proposing a new genre unique to them. The first work 'HOP' combines the harmony completed by the eight members and the English word for hip-hop, 'HOP', giving it a double meaning. Once again, the group production team 3RACHA, consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, leads the project, with all members credited, packing their musical colors. The title track 'Walkin On Water' includes bonus tracks from their largest world tour 'dominATE', featuring solo stage songs for each member. Recently, according to the official SNS announcement of the 'Grammy Awards', their new song 'SLASH', included in the soundtrack album for the movie 'Deadpool & Wolverine', has been nominated for the 'Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media' at the 67th Grammy Awards. The prestigious '67th Grammy Awards' will be held on February 2 (local time) in Los Angeles.

Stray Kids’ Felix unveiled the digital single “Slow It Down” as part of the group’s self-produced SKZ-PLAYER project. The acoustic hip-hop track, which he helped write and compose, carries a message about pausing in busy life to reflect on loved ones and dreams. Actress Noh Yoon-seo appears in the music video as a young woman struggling between dreams and reality.
