BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan)'s V revealed his routine during military service and recommended Japanese songs. Yesterday (11th), a video titled 'First Reveal! V's 'True' Favorite Items He Took to Paris. Why Did BTS's V Cry at J-HOPE's Concert?' was released on the fashion magazine 'W KOREA's' YouTube channel. In the footage filmed in Paris, V shared his thoughts on visiting Paris after two years, saying, 'I wanted to eat croissants again if I go to Paris again. I also wanted to go to delicious restaurants in Paris quickly. I wanted to feel the atmosphere of Parisiennes.' He then revealed his personal items in his bag. When introducing his headphones, V was asked by the staff for a recommended song to listen to in the morning, and he said, 'Recently, Park Hyung-sik sang a song, but I recommend (Kenshi Yonezu's) 'LADY.' He also took out an exercise strap and mentioned, 'I realized that I shouldn't exercise at home. I felt that proper exercise can only be done by going to the gym or outside, so I bought something safe to exercise with.' When asked about his exercise routine, he explained, 'When I was in the military, I exercised almost every day, and even if I took a break, I did it about six days a week. Since being discharged, I haven't had much time, so I try to continue exercising healthily whenever I have time.' When asked how much weight he can lift, he replied, 'The personal trainers who support me are really big, so I think I can lift quite heavy weights for my body weight because I receive strict training from them.' He also shared his thoughts on watching Jin and J-HOPE's solo performances, saying, 'Actually, I cried a little at J-HOPE's concert. I almost cried when I saw him singing with Jungkook. But I was embarrassed to say it.'
