Regarding Daniel, they determined that it would be difficult for her to continue as a member of NewJeans and as an artist under ADOR, and today they notified her of the termination of her exclusive contract. They also revealed plans to hold legal responsibility against one family member of Daniel, who has a significant responsibility for the situation leading to NewJeans' withdrawal and delayed return, and former representative Min Hee-jin. Furthermore, ADOR acknowledged that during the dialogue process, the members had been subjected to distorted and biased information for a long time, leading to many misunderstandings about the company and resulting in disputes. They agreed that to regain the love of fans and the public, a process based on accurate facts to completely resolve misunderstandings is necessary, even if it takes time. They also plan to have opportunities to discuss various controversies that arose during the dispute, and are currently discussing the timing and method. ADOR will do its best to amicably conclude the matter and ensure that NewJeans can return to their fans as soon as possible.
