At a CD shop in Taiwan, a university student who engaged in indecent behavior with NMIXX's album and posted the video on SNS apologized. On the 3rd (local time), Chinese media reported that "Five Music, a CD shop in Taiwan, posted a handwritten apology from a student who posted a video of indecent behavior with NMIXX's album on SNS on its official Facebook." Five Music revealed, "The person involved promptly contacted us, apologized to us and those involved in the incident, and attached detailed circumstances, so we will not take any further action on this matter." Prior to this, the student took NMIXX's CD at the CD shop "Five Music," kissed the jacket, touched his lower body with his hand, and engaged in indecent behavior. He also filmed this process and posted it on SNS, angering local netizens and K-pop fans. Five Music stated, "Recently, a male university student at the Tainan store engaged in indecent behavior with NMIXX's CD, and the person involved directly contacted us and demanded a public apology," warning that "if there is no contact within 7 days, we will proceed with legal action." Through a handwritten apology, the student expressed, "I sincerely apologize to Five Music, NMIXX, member LILY, and the fans for the video I took in February this year. On the day of the incident, February 17, I engaged in highly inappropriate behavior at the Tainan store, touching my lower body with NMIXX's album, kissing the jacket, and causing harm to the store and people. I am truly sorry. I really regret it." He continued, "A friend likes this idol, and I took this action as a joke. I was naive in my thinking. I made you feel bad, and I am truly sorry. I purchased the album myself, and I have no ill will towards the idol. There is no room for any excuse for my thoughtless actions.
