In this first instance ruling, while the court sided with ADOR, Minji, Hani, Daniel, Heerin, and Haein expressed their intention to appeal, stating, 'It is impossible to return to ADOR and continue normal entertainment activities in the current situation where the trust relationship has completely broken down.'
