ZEROBASEONE has released an album sampler and a teaser video for the title track, raising expectations for their comeback. Yesterday (27th), through their official YouTube channel, ZEROBASEONE released the album sampler for their 1st full album 'NEVER SAY NEVER'. The released album sampler starts with a video that says 'ZEROBASEONE'. Objects symbolizing each track appear one after another, such as lightning, basketball shoes, oasis, candy, skateboard, fireworks, fire, aurora, stars, and letters, all connected by blue electric wires. First, the title track 'ICONIK' represents the journey of ZEROBASEONE as artists, embodying the charm and identity of each member. With the message 'Regardless of others' evaluations, we can become iconic ourselves', it sings the bold aspirations of the nine members who want to shine even brighter. Additionally, 'NEVER SAY NEVER' includes 'SLAM DUNK', a powerful EDM & hip-hop genre track that depicts an unscripted drama on a basketball court; 'Lovesick Game', which portrays an unending game of tangled love; 'Goosebumps', expressing hazy emotions drowned in love with an addictive chorus; and 'Dumb', a hip-hop-based upbeat pop genre that harmonizes playful melodies and delightful messages. Other tracks include 'NOW OR NEVER (Korean ver.)', sung in Korean from their first EP 'PREZENT'; 'EXTRA', a high-energy hip-hop dance genre unit song featuring Son Han-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Gyu-bin, Park Go-nuk, and Han Yu-jin, with intense drums and cool guitar sounds; 'Long Way Back', depicting the pain of a distant heart and the earnest desire to get closer again, featuring Kim Ji-un, Zhang Hao, Kim Tae-re, and Ricky; 'Star Eyes', an EDM pop genre song capturing the heartfelt story of shining boys ZEROBASEONE; and 'I Know U Know', a heartfelt fan song for ZEROSE (the fan name), totaling 10 tracks. Furthermore, today (28th), the teaser video for the title track 'ICONIK' was also released. The released video includes scenes of the members landing on an unknown planet, leaping powerfully towards the light, raising expectations for the main music video. 'NEVER SAY NEVER' is ZEROBASEONE's first full album released after their debut, encapsulating the most shining moments of their musical journey with ZEROSE.
