Recently, a video of Miyeon appearing on the YouTube channel "Harper's BAZAAR Korea" was uploaded. The video included Miyeon answering questions. When asked, "What concept would you like to try next comeback?" she replied, "I personally think trying complete hip-hop would be cool. I want to show a cool side of myself. Actually, there is no hip-hop blood flowing in me right now. However, I want to try the hip-hop concept once and find a new side of myself." When asked, "If there is anything that has changed between (G)I-DLE's debut and now?" she said, "No matter how much I think about it, nothing has changed significantly. As the name suggests, I am like a child, with an innocent and always eager to do well, greedy side. I think I have matured and gained a heart to understand a little as I have aged." When asked, "What would you like to do if you had free time?" she talked about traveling with her mother. Miyeon said, "I recently had some time and went on a trip to Japan with my mother on a whim. It was a bit tough because it was so sudden. I thought maybe I should have just rested at home? and laughed. She continued, "But I was able to make good memories, and if I have free time again, I really want to go to a deserted island alone. I think it would be nice to go to a remote island alone, cook and eat, and try to catch fish." Also, when asked, "If you have something you want from the (agency) representative?" she replied, "Actually, I don't seem to want much. I am very satisfied with my current life. However, if I were to mention something, although I have taken a little break this time, I still like working. So I want to say, 'Please let me do my best.'"
