Hani of NewJeans confessed that she likes to listen to songs according to the season. On the 5th, a video titled "[By Jeans] 'Sarah Kang - once in a moon' Cover by HANNI | NewJeans" was posted on the official NewJeans YouTube channel. In the video, Hani covered the song "once in a moon" by singer Sarah Kang with her sweet voice. She appeared with a self-introduction and said, "I came to shoot 'By Jeans' that everyone has been waiting for today," and "Winter came very early. I really like to listen to songs according to the season. So, I was worried about what to show you, but I found the song 'once in a moon' by Sarah Kang a few months ago." She then revealed the reason for choosing the song, saying, "I really liked the guitar chords of this song. The atmosphere of the song is warm, and I listened to it a lot." She added, "I saw a video of Sarah explaining this song. Originally, there is an expression in English called 'Once in a blue moon.' A blue moon is rarely seen. It means something very special, but she changed it a little to the expression 'memories come back' and I liked the lyrics more after watching the video where she talks about it." Finally, she said, "As you can see, I brought my guitar. I really like playing the guitar and it heals me, so I want you to be healed while listening to a song that suits the winter." Many fans of her cover song left positive comments such as "It's a perfect song for this season," "Hani's magical voice and guitar melody are beautiful," "I like any song Hani covers," and "Her tone is extraordinary."
