Former ADOR representative Min Hee-jin announced today (20th) that she will resign from the internal directors of the company. In an official comment released, Min Hee-jin stated, "I will terminate the shareholder agreement with HYBE and hold HYBE legally responsible for violations of the shareholder agreement," and added, "Additionally, I plan to proceed with necessary legal measures against numerous illegal acts by HYBE and its affiliates one by one." She revealed that she had been working hard to protect NewJeans within HYBE, stating, "I think it was a misjudgment to believe that there is at least a minimum conscience as a human being," and confessed, "I did not want to get involved in this distorted organization, obsessed with money." She also mentioned, "For the past seven months, I have poured all my mental, economic, and physical efforts into trying to revive ADOR, which was broken due to HYBE's serious violations of the shareholder agreement," and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to many, including Bunnies (the name of NewJeans' fans), who have supported her tirelessly during these six months. Previously, in April of this year, Min Hee-jin was accused of breach of duty by HYBE, ADOR's parent company. In response, she held an emergency press conference, arguing that due to the structure of her shares, it was impossible to seize management rights and that she had not committed any breach of duty. Since then, there have been intense disagreements on various issues. Amidst this, last month, Min Hee-jin was re-elected as an internal director of ADOR. However, the proposal to re-elect her as representative director was rejected by the ADOR board, resulting in her unsuccessful return to the position of representative director.
