Former NCT member Mark has raised anticipation for his comeback by releasing a short film and teaser images for “My Friend,” a medium-tempo pop song about the end of summer and moving into a new chapter. SM Entertainment partnered with Tencent Music Entertainment Group to establish a local joint venture in Beijing called STE and named SUPER JUNIOR-M’s Zhou Mi as CEO. STE will launch a China-based rookie idol project within 2 to 3 years, handle auditions and local management, and strengthen support for SM artists active in Greater China, including Renjun, Yangyang, and Xiaojun.
NCT’s Ten announced his solo comeback with the single “OUTWEST,” set for release on September 4 at 1 p.m. KST. The release includes two songs, “OUTWEST” and “IRL,” and marks a new chapter after he co-founded the creative company ILLIMNT and took charge of the project from planning to production.
