
The 1st KOREA GRAND MUSIC AWARDS (KGMA) announced a special lineup. CLASS:y is a seven-member girl group formed through MBC's audition program 'After School's Excitement' in February 2022. MCs include NewJeans' Hani, aespa's WINTER, and actress Nam Ji-hyun. Hani and Nam Ji-hyun will serve as MCs on the first day, November 16, while WINTER and Nam Ji-hyun will MC on the 17th. This year's award ceremony will be directed by Han Dong-chul of PHUNKY STUDIO, who is known for directing 'MAMA' and establishing it as a representative award ceremony of Mnet, as well as planning and directing 'SHOW ME THE MONEY', 'UNPRETTY RAP STAR', and 'Produce 101', earning the title of 'Godfather of Korean Audition World'.
