BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) has released a part of their new song "SWIM." Today (18th), BTS released a teaser video for the title track "SWIM" from their 5th full album "ARIRANG." Through this video, the melody of the song is revealed for the first time, raising expectations for their comeback after 3 years and 9 months. The teaser video starts with a woman rushing into an empty museum and looking around the exhibition space. She then stops in front of a large ship model and stares at it for a while. Eventually, the surrounding lights go out one by one, and only the model is illuminated by a spotlight. The scene transitions to a shining sea, where the word "SWIM" appears over gentle waves, concluding the video. Directed by Tanu Muino, the video is crafted like a film. Tanu Muino has previously collaborated with artists like Jungkook on "Standing Next to You," Post Malone, Doja Cat, and Dua Lipa. BTS will release their 5th full album "ARIRANG" on the 20th at 1 PM. This album, produced by Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, deals with BTS's identity and universal emotions that many can relate to. The title track "SWIM" is an upbeat alternative pop genre song that sings about not stopping in the waves of life and continuously swimming forward. RM is responsible for the overall lyrics, incorporating what BTS thinks now. After their comeback, BTS will continue active activities. On the 21st at 8 PM, they will hold "BTS COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG" in the Gwanghwamun Square area. Following that, on the 24th, they will collaborate with the global audio and streaming platform Spotify to hold "Spotify × BTS: SWIMSIDE" in New York, where they plan to meet local fans and showcase their new song.
