The experiential culture campaign 'J-POP.ZIP 2025', which aggregates Japanese music and culture, has confirmed a diverse lineup. Today (12th), the organizing company Universal Music LLC announced that artists from both Korea and abroad will perform at 'J-POP.ZIP 2025', held from the 19th to the 21st at SPACE S50 in Seoul's Seongdong District. On the first day, the 19th, blah and Miso will perform, on the 20th WISUE and Mins, Tomoya Otani, and LOONA's Yves will participate, and on the 21st YonYu and JuEun, and YonYon will take the stage. Additionally, SEKAI NO OWARI will visit the venue on the 19th to support 'J-POP.ZIP 2025' and hold an opening ceremony. They are a representative band of Japan, having many fans in Korea, with every concert sold out. Although there will be no separate performances or talk shows, they plan to communicate closely with fans and create special memories. On the 6th of this month, there was a rush of applications for the pre-reservation of the opening ceremony conducted through the official Instagram of 'J-POP.ZIP 2025', proving SEKAI NO OWARI's hot topic. Three other Japanese artist groups will also perform special stages over the three days, captivating the audience. 'J-POP.ZIP 2025' is an experiential culture campaign that delivers Japanese music and culture in a ZIP (compressed) format to Korean fans. In addition to performances, various programs are prepared, including a J-POP viewing corner, introductions to Japanese tourist spots and specialties, limited edition goods, and a food court. Particularly, at the SEGA booth, a silent disco and the latest game experience zone themed on popular IPs 'Sonic the Hedgehog' and 'Persona series' will be set up.
On the afternoon of the 6th, the 2026 S/S Seoul Fashion Week was held at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, featuring stars like JO1's Kinjo Akira, Wanna One's Ha Sung-woon, and KARA's Nicole. The event also highlighted various artists and actors, with special broadcasts planned for 'KCON JAPAN 2025' featuring JO1.
