A Chinese woman attempted to invade BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) member Jungkook's home and received a suspended indictment. The Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office revealed today (22nd) that they have decided on a suspended indictment for a Chinese woman in her 30s, referred to as A, who is suspected of attempted invasion of residence. The prosecution judged that A's crime ended in an attempt and that the risk of her reoffending upon returning to her country is low. A was arrested on the spot on suspicion of attempted invasion of residence after visiting Jungkook's home around 11:20 PM on June 11, the day he was discharged from military service, and repeatedly pressing the entrance's passcode. It was found that A stated during police questioning that she came to Korea to meet Jungkook. Jungkook, along with member Jimin, enlisted in active duty in December 2023 and served in the Army's 5th Infantry Division Artillery Brigade. He was discharged on June 11.
