He also positively evaluated the preparation and management process of the performance, stating that 'the planning went well and was conducted smoothly,' and that 'the Ministry of Public Safety and related departments worked hard, effectively addressing safety issues and ensuring everything went well without accidents.' Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Choi Hyun-young explained the ripple effect of the performance, stating, 'I believe we enjoyed immeasurable effects in that the eyes of young people around the world were focused on the center of Seoul through the live broadcast,' and revealed that tourists since March have increased by 31% compared to the previous year, particularly noting that the increase among those in their teens and twenties was higher than average. BTS held the 'BTS COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG' on the 21st to commemorate the release of their 5th full album 'ARIRANG' at Gwanghwamun Square. While a maximum of 260,000 people were expected, the Seoul city estimated about 40,000, while the organizers counted around 104,000.
