BLACKPINK concluded their journey of 7 months with the Hong Kong performance, the final destination of the tour. From the 24th to the 26th, they held 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE> IN HONG KONG' at Kai Tak Stadium. This performance was the finale of the tour and also a reunion with local fans for the first time in about 3 years, filling the venue with excitement over the three days. The Kai Tak Stadium, the largest concert venue in Hong Kong, attracted attention with a large LED display of 'BLACKPINK IN YOUR AREA' on its exterior. Fans filled the venue inside and outside from early morning, creating a festive atmosphere to celebrate the tour's finale. BLACKPINK perfectly responded to the long wait of the fans, pouring all their energy into their performance as soon as they appeared. They opened with 'Kill This Love' and 'Pink Venom,' followed by mega-hits like 'How You Like That,' 'PLAYING WITH FIRE,' and 'Shut Down,' shaking the audience. Their overwhelming stage presence, live band sound, and high-quality production unique to YG ENTERTAINMENT reaffirmed their one-of-a-kind existence. In particular, the solo stages highlighting each member's individuality drew the audience into a frenzy. Amidst the cheers and singing that filled the stadium, BLACKPINK reflected on their memories and shed tears. The members said, 'This year marks our 10th anniversary since debut, and every moment spent with BLINK (the name of their fans) felt like a dream.' They added, 'Thanks to you all, we are always happy and have gained the strength to move forward. Please look forward to our upcoming new song.' With this, BLACKPINK interacted with fans worldwide through the 'DEADLINE' tour, which spanned 16 cities and 33 performances. Notably, they became the first K-POP female artists to perform at Wembley Stadium in the UK, with sold-out shows in major cities worldwide, reaffirming their overwhelming global status. BLACKPINK will release their 3rd mini-album 'DEADLINE' on February 27 at 2 PM, marking their first album in about 3 years and 5 months since their 2nd full album 'BORN PINK,' raising fan expectations. There is growing interest in what records BLACKPINK will set through this comeback.
