Figure skater Cha Jun-hwan will return as an actor for the first time in 17 years. He will appear in "Palace Land" together with Woo Da-bi, Lee Jae-won, Kim Kyu-won, Kim Seung-ho, Minseo, MOMOLAND's Nancy, Lee Nam-su, Ahn Jumi, and Girl's Day's Sojin. TVING revealed today (the 14th) that it will release the original sitcom "Palace Land" in 2027. Along with this, it also announced the casting of Cha Jun-hwan, Woo Da-bi, Lee Jae-won, Kim Kyu-won, Kim Seung-ho, Minseo, Nancy, Lee Nam-su, Ahn Jumi, and Sojin. "Palace Land" is a work that depicts the chaotic youth survival story of part-time workers enduring reality behind the fantasy world, set against the backdrop of an amusement park that looks like a palace on the outside but is shabby on the inside. It is planned to deliver cheerful laughter and empathy as the fantasy of a glamorous amusement park meets the tearful reality of the part-time workers who protect it. Above all, what draws attention is Cha Jun-hwan's return to acting. Cha Jun-hwan, who had worked as a child actor, will play Son Dae-han, a new recruit cast member in Palace Land, and will meet viewers in a drama after a long time. Interest is gathering in what form he will portray the chaotic adaptation story of an ambitious new part-time worker. The role of Son Ye-jin, who shows chemistry with Cha Jun-hwan as a new recruit and senior, will be played by Woo Da-bi, who won the Rookie Acting Award for SBS's "Dynamite Kiss."
