BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) is reported to be preparing for a comeback commemorative performance. On the 19th, their agency BIGHIT MUSIC revealed regarding the free performance at Gwanghwamun Square, 'We are currently in discussions, and we plan to officially announce once the location and schedule are finalized.' BIGHIT MUSIC has recently applied for permission to use and film at Gwanghwamun Square, as well as at Gyeongbokgung Palace and Sungnyemun. The deliberation on this matter is scheduled to take place on the 20th at 2 PM in the Cultural Heritage Committee. BTS, whose members have all completed military service, will make their comeback on March 20 with their 5th full album 'ARIRANG.' This new album includes a total of 14 songs, and the members have infused their identity and emotions they want to share with fans into this album titled after the representative Korean folk song 'Arirang.' They will kick off a new world tour starting with a performance at Goyang Sports Complex on April 9. This tour is set to cover 34 cities with a total of 79 performances, making it the largest number of performances in K-POP history. The Japan performances will be held at Tokyo Dome for two days on April 17 and 18.
