Iso of IVE is graduating from SBS 'Popular Song'. Iso joined as an MC in April last year and has been responsible for lively and bright hosting on Sunday afternoons, beloved by viewers. She added vitality to the program with her steady growth and stable hosting, becoming the face of 'Popular Song'. Although she has been loved for her bright energy, she will step down from the MC position at the end of this year due to a busy schedule. Regrettably saying goodbye, Iso is scheduled to conclude her 1 year and 7 months of MC activities after this week's broadcast. Producer Choi Jang-won, in charge of 'Popular Song', expressed, 'The entire production team is saddened by the farewell with Iso, whom 'Popular Song' loves. Thanks to her always bright and energetic presence, the staff gained great strength in the live broadcast setting. Ahead of her final broadcast, Iso stated, 'I was truly honored to spend the time of 1 year and 7 months every Sunday with DIVE (IVE's fans) and the viewers of 'Popular Song'. For me, every Sunday was like a gift. I think there were points where I was inexperienced at first, but thanks to the viewers who always supported me and sent me a lot of love, I can end happily.' She continued, 'I really love everyone from DIVE who always supported MC Iso. I also want to express my gratitude to the production team, the staff of my agency, and the other MCs who have worked hard together. Although it will be a while before we say goodbye to MC Iso, I plan to meet you again with even more wonderful stages and activities as IVE's Iso, so I ask for your continued support.'
