New girl group izna held their debut showcase for their 1st mini album 'N/a' in Seoul, sharing their excitement and aspirations.

The rookie girl group izna held a showcase today (25th) at the Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin District, Seoul, to commemorate the release of their 1st mini album 'N/a'. izna is a group formed through the Mnet survival program 'I-LAND2', which ended broadcasting in July in Korea, consisting of seven members: Mai, Bang Jimin, Yoon Jiyoon, Coco, Yoo Sarang, Choi Jeongun, and Jeong Sebi. During the showcase, they shared their feelings about their debut. Coco expressed, 'I still can't believe that the day I've dreamed of for a long time has come. I want to show a wonderful appearance to many people who have been waiting for us.' Mai revealed, 'I worked hard to show a more developed and grown version of myself than during 'I-LAND2'.' Yoo Sarang said, 'I'm very nervous because it's the day we showcase our 1st album. It's an album where you can feel a lot of charm, so I hope you will watch over us.' Bang Jimin expressed gratitude to the fans who allowed them to stand on a dream-like stage. Yoon Jiyoon confidently stated, 'This time, izna will debut with a song of the same name as the group. All seven of us prepared hard.' Finally, Jeong Sebi shared her heartfelt feelings, saying, 'Standing here with the older sisters who have run with the same goal feels like a dream. While preparing for our debut, we worked hard to show our wonderful harmony.' Their debut album 'N/a' carries a message of girls with infinite potential challenging a new world beyond their limits. The title track 'IZNA' is a song that embodies izna's ambition to surprise the world. With a minimal beat and addictive chorus, it captivates fans. They explained about this album, 'We included a message of overcoming fear and pushing beyond our limits. At any time, anywhere, and in any situation, we express the confidence that we are defined by our actions.' Regarding the title track, they added, 'Since it's a song we are revealing for the first time, we believe we can show our confidence and ambition.' Mai remarked, 'I was very surprised to hear that five months have passed since the first broadcast of 'I-LAND2'. I felt that we prepared hard to show a more grown-up version of ourselves. During the preparation process, I felt that each of our mindsets changed little by little.' Jeong Sebi stated, 'Since becoming a member of izna, my sense of responsibility has grown, and I am working hard to show a wonderful stage. When asked about their role models, Choi Jeongun said, 'I have nurtured my dreams while watching the seniors, so all seniors are role models. Among them, I have studied a lot from BLACKPINK seniors. Watching them perfectly execute dance and singing was a continuous surprise and very educational. I want to show izna's unique charm while learning more performances.' Their ultimate goal is to be called 'stage geniuses.' Bang Jimin said, 'I think izna shines the most when we are on stage, so I want the nickname 'stage genius.' Since we performed our first stage at this year's 'MAMA AWARDS', we want to win the rookie award at next year's 'MAMA AWARDS'.
