The performers for the music exchange event between Nara Prefecture and South Korea's Chungcheongnam-do have been announced. Yesterday (29th), Governor Yamashita of Nara Prefecture announced the details of the music exchange event with Chungcheongnam-do, with which they have a friendship agreement. In addition to performances by Korean singers, there will be K-POP performances by Japanese and Korean students, a joint stage for Japanese and Korean high school students, and traditional arts from both countries. From the K-POP scene, n.SSign, FIESTAR, E11iVYN, as well as trot singers Kim Dahyun, Yoonhee, and Ha Donggun have been confirmed to perform. Initially, Nara Prefecture planned a large-scale K-POP concert at Nara Park with an estimated budget of about 270 million yen, expecting around 9,000 visitors. However, voices questioning the cost-effectiveness arose from prefectural council members, leading to a reduction of the project budget to about 30 million yen. The performance will be held on October 24 (Friday) at 5 PM at Nara 100-Year Hall. Admission is free, with 1,100 Nara residents invited. Winners will be determined by lottery, and applications can be made through the prefecture's website.
