SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan & Wonwoo set a new record for the initial sales of a K-POP unit album. According to the "HANTEO Chart" record sales aggregation site on the 24th, Jeonghan & Wonwoo's 1st single "THIS MAN" sold 787,046 copies in the first week of release. This is the highest initial sales in the history of K-POP unit albums. Despite being a new special unit of the group, they showed a strong side as "album strongmen." The title track "Last Night (Guitar by Park Juwon)" is also popular. This song immediately after its release, ranked first on the "Top Songs" chart of iTunes in 26 countries and regions, and ranked third on the "iTunes Worldwide Song" chart. It also entered the top ranks on Bugs! real-time chart and LINE MUSIC's real-time "Song Top 100" chart. Released on the 17th, "THIS MAN" is a work inspired by an urban legend where people around the world witness a man through dreams, reinterpreted as an original story by Jeonghan and Wonwoo. The dreamy and fantastical charm of the two, along with the sensory music and solid storytelling created through collaboration with writer Cho Ye-eun, has been well received. SEVENTEEN, to which the two belong, has established a global position. The 13 members were appointed as UNESCO Youth Ambassadors for the first time as K-POP artists and will attend the appointment ceremony at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France on the 26th (local time). SEVENTEEN Jeonghan & Wonwoo's new unit, the director's version of the title track "Last Night" MV, has been released. SEVENTEEN Jeonghan & Wonwoo have been selected for the cover of the magazine "Figaro Japon"! The first male Korean artist to do so.
