Furthermore, 'Regarding deepfake crimes targeting artists, we have clearly communicated our intention for severe punishment to investigative agencies and are actively cooperating in the investigation and punishment process. Our cooperation has been a substantial help in facilitating smooth investigations and strong penalties, and indeed, in the second half of this year, there have been cases where suspects were detained and sentenced to prison. We will continue to take all possible legal measures against deepfake crimes without any consent or leniency.' They emphasized, 'We are always grateful for the love and dedication of our fans, and ADOR will continue to strive to protect artists' rights.' On this day, ADOR announced the termination of Daniel's exclusive contract, stating, 'Regarding Daniel, we have determined that coexistence as a member of NewJeans and an artist under ADOR is difficult, and we have notified him of the termination of the exclusive contract today. We also plan to pursue legal responsibility against one family member of Daniel, who has significant responsibility for the situation leading to this dispute, and former representative Min Hee-jin.' Additionally, ADOR stated, 'Hani visited Korea with her family and had a long and deep dialogue with ADOR.
