Filchan of OMEGA X received a non-prosecution disposition related to the forced indecency allegations against former agency representative A. Today (17th), his current agency IPQ announced through an official report that 'the prosecution has issued a non-prosecution disposition due to lack of suspicion (insufficient evidence) regarding the criminal case related to Filchan, and the case has been concluded.' The former agency of OMEGA X, SPIRE Entertainment, held a press conference on March 19 last year, filing a criminal complaint against Filchan for forced indecency. At that time, SPIRE presented security camera footage as evidence, but the released footage was only an edited version, and the original was never made public. IPQ and Filchan have continuously requested the submission and verification of the original security camera footage to the investigative authorities since the beginning of the incident. However, IPQ explained that the original footage was never submitted or verified throughout the entire investigation process by the police. After nearly 1 year and 10 months of investigation, the prosecution issued a non-prosecution disposition on December 11, 2025, stating that there was a lack of objective and credible evidence to substantiate the allegations against Filchan. IPQ revealed that 'Filchan has been subjected to serious defamation and mental distress due to false allegations for a long time, and the damage has extended to the members and their families.' A former executive of SPIRE Entertainment expressed intentions to pursue additional legal actions such as appeals even after the non-prosecution decision. In this regard, IPQ expressed regret, stating that 'it is an act that repeatedly raises issues regarding a case that has already been concluded by the investigative authorities, causing new pain to the artist and the entire group.' IPQ clarified that 'Filchan has not committed any criminal acts' and emphasized their hope that distorted claims and malicious issues will not be repeated. Furthermore, they stated their intention to consider all necessary legal responses to protect the honor and rights of their artists in the future. In 2022, members of OMEGA X accused A of habitual verbal abuse, violence, and sexual harassment, applying for a provisional suspension of the exclusive contract. They won the case in January 2023. Subsequently, in March last year, A released part of the security camera footage, claiming to be a victim rather than a perpetrator, alleging that Filchan forced physical contact. In response, Filchan's side argued that 'A had been forcing skinship on a daily basis' and explained that 'after the other members and executives left the table, A demanded excessive affection and skinship as usual, and fearing threats and verbal abuse if he did not comply, Filchan had no choice but to follow the instructions. After being forced into skinship several times, he fell asleep in a drunken state.'
