Tommy Hilfiger, the global lifestyle brand from the United States, and Fragment, led by Hiroshi Fujiwara, held an event on Wednesday, October 14, the day before the global release of the limited capsule collection Tommy Hilfiger x Fragment 2026 Collection, at Tommy Hilfiger Omotesando store in Tokyo to commemorate the launch. At this event, a space was created where one could experience the world of Tommy Hilfiger x Fragment, reflecting the spirit of Tommy Hilfiger in the 1990s, inspired by various cultures such as music, fashion, and street culture. The Omotesando store, which expressed this collection reinterpreted by Hiroshi Fujiwara, became a space where preppy style and street culture resonated, connecting different creative worlds through fashion, music, dance, and design. Inside the venue, a curved video installation inspired by a skate ramp was installed, and campaign visuals and movies directed by both Tommy Hilfiger and Fragment were screened. Furthermore, industrial materials, light blue lighting taken from the collection’s color palette, and a backdrop made with denim, one of the materials symbolizing this collaboration, were combined to express the world of the collection throughout the venue. At the event, Sho Kasamatsu, Keito Tsuna, MAKI of &TEAM, and Mayu Matsuoka attended wearing items from the collection, each expressing the appeal of the collaboration in their own style. In addition, a variety of guests from Tokyo’s fashion scene and creative community gathered and experienced the collection and the installation. At the venue, in addition to DJ sets by Sou and Licaxxx inspired by the concept of this collaboration, THE D SoraKi, who embodies contemporary Tokyo street culture, presented a dance performance, making it a night where fashion, music, and dance intersected. The Tommy Hilfiger x Fragment 2026 Collection reinterprets Tommy Hilfiger’s iconic style through the modern creative vision of Hiroshi Fujiwara, who leads Fragment, against the backdrop of the 1990s style that lives within the collection. In this collection connecting New York and Tokyo, iconic Tommy Hilfiger items such as rugby shirts, varsity jackets, chinos, and sailing items are fused with Fragment’s distinctive, meticulous, and carefully considered design. Furthermore, it incorporates the signature thunderbolt graphic, polka dots, and a Tommy flag reinterpreted in light blue. Even after the launch event, various experiences are prepared to enjoy the world of Tommy Hilfiger x Fragment both in stores and digitally. At the Omotesando store, the limited photo booth enjoyed by guests at the launch event can be enjoyed by MY TOMMY members until Wednesday, October 21. Also, at each sales store, for customers who purchase the collection, products will be placed in limited shoppers with collaboration graphics, and sticker sets will be given as a limited quantity gift. Furthermore, digitally, limited digital wallpapers using campaign visuals will be distributed to existing members of the official Tommy Hilfiger app and people who newly download the app. The Tommy Hilfiger x Fragment 2026 Collection is on sale at the official online store, target stores including the flagship Tommy Hilfiger Omotesando store, and POP UP STORE.
