SHINee's Minho revealed that he returned his final leave (the last leave given to a sergeant before discharge) to participate in national training. Recently, Minho appeared on the YouTube channel "GYM Jungkook" after returning with his 1st full album "Call Back." On that day, Minho showed his passion for exercise, stating, "I do it almost twice. I do strength training using equipment and also conditioning. I am doing exercises focused on functionality, which are close to crossfit. On days with a schedule, I usually do it twice, and on days without, three times. Besides that, I also play volleyball and do Pilates." Regarding why he started playing volleyball, he said, "I haven't been doing it for long, but since I'm not very flexible, I thought I should stretch it out while I can." Meanwhile, bodybuilder Ma Seong-ho said, "Minho was in the Marine Corps and won first place in the pull-up competition. He was also first in running, shooting, and bayonet training within the unit," and asked, "Is it true that he returned his leave to participate in national training despite being first?" To this, Minho replied, "It's true. I did national training in 2019, and it was very good. I was a private at the time, but it remains strongly in my heart." Minho explained, "At that time, due to COVID-19, many people used their final leave early to discharge. I had about 20 days of leave, but if I gave up those 20 days, I could participate in national training. I was troubled, but I thought that even if I participated, I could still be active from the evening of the 20th, and even if I discharged and went out, I would end up exercising anyway. I thought it would be better to create memories with the people in the unit while training and discharge." • SHINee Minho unveils new poster for Seoul concert...
