Soyoung said, 'I am Soyoung, returning to 'UNPRETTY RAP STAR' after 9 years.' Nine years ago, Soyoung was the youngest participant in 'UNPRETTY RAP STAR', and she expressed, 'I never thought 'UNPRETTY RAP STAR' would be produced again. I am happy that the program has been reborn. I was a high school student back then, and now, after 9 years, I am honored to participate in this program as an adult.' 'HIP POP Princess' is a new Korean-Japanese collaboration hip-hop girl group birth project that Mnet is unveiling. Aiming to create a new global hip-hop girl group, participants will express their unique colors while participating in all processes, including music, dance, styling, and video production. Through hip-hop, the different cultures of Korea and Japan will collide and merge, allowing participants to create new culture and grow as artists with uniqueness. 'HIP POP Princess' will premiere on October 16 at 9:50 PM on Mnet, and will also be streamed simultaneously in Japan via U-NEXT.
