On the 31st, Cha Eun-woo received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award at the '2024 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards' held at the National Theater of Korea's Maritime Theater in Seoul. This year marks the 15th edition of the 'Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards,' which aims to enhance the pride of popular cultural artists across various fields such as singers, actors, comedians, and voice actors, and to encourage the efforts and achievements of those engaged in the popular culture and arts industry. Unable to attend the award ceremony on the scheduled date, Cha Eun-woo expressed through his agency, Fantagio, 'I sincerely thank you for receiving such a significant award at a meaningful ceremony. I will continue to work hard to inform the world of the positive influence of Korean culture and hope to greet you in a better form.' In February of this year, Cha Eun-woo successfully made his solo debut with the album 'ENTITY,' in which he participated in writing all the songs. He then successfully completed a solo fan concert tour 'CHA EUN-WOO 2024 Just One 10 Minute [Mystery Elevator] Encore in Japan' across 11 cities worldwide until July. In August, he released the collaboration song 'Hey Hello' with pop star Peder Elias, which was first showcased at his Seoul encore fan concert, receiving a positive response. He starred in the dramas 'Wonderful Days' and 'Wonderful World,' and won the Popular Star Award at the 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards (BSA). Additionally, Cha Eun-woo has confirmed his appearance in the new tvN variety show 'Living in Finland,' which will start airing in South Korea on December 6, showcasing his active involvement in various fields.
