ADOR announced a comment regarding Min Hee-jin's resignation as an internal director. Today (20th), ADOR stated through an official comment, "We are disappointed by Min Hee-jin's unilateral resignation notice," and conveyed, "We will do our best to support NewJeans to grow and develop further." Earlier on the same day, Min Hee-jin announced, "I am resigning from ADOR's internal director today," and released an official comment. She stated, "I will terminate the shareholder agreement concluded with HYBE and hold HYBE legally responsible for violations of the shareholder agreement. Furthermore, I plan to proceed with necessary legal measures against numerous illegal acts by HYBE and its affiliates one by one." She explained, "During the hellish dispute with HYBE that began with HYBE's illegal audit in April and lasted for more than seven months, I have done everything I could to uphold the shareholder agreement and restore ADOR to its state before April.
